THE HITMEN HORNS originated in 1982. They gained popularity in 1991 with Barbara St.Clair and The Shadow's.
Bob Meier - Trombone
Bob Meier (left) the leader and arranger started playing Trombone in the early 70's with such bands as Stone Bridge, United Sound, Big Wheelie, Cortez Greer, and Elvis Wade. His accomplishments were being voted Top Supporting Brass for 2001 and 2002 and WINNER of The 2003 Buffalo Music Awards and The 2003 People's Choice Awards.
Paul Wos - Trumpet![]()
Paul Wos (center) just recently joined The Hitmen Horns. He is music director for various numbers of musicals in Niagara County. He also has been the Music teacher at Niagara Falls High School for the past 20 years.
Al Monti -
Saxophone ![]()
Al Monti (right) joined The Hitmen Horns in 1992. He was voted Best Blues Saxophone Player in 1982, 1986, 1994 and 2003.
